EAA Air Academy

Our chapter has an opportunity to send 3 youngsters to the EAA Air Academy camps this summer at Oshkosh. 

We have the Jim Oeffinger Fund that provides a scholarship for two girls, and the Joe Ermel Fund that provides a scholarship for one boy. 

The chapter has secured three spots, one in each age group:

• Young Eagles Camp (age 12 – 13)
  • Camp dates: June 16-20, 2024
• Basic Air Academy (age 14 – 15)
  • Camp dates: June 28 – July 3, 2024
• Advanced Air Academy (age 16 – 18)
  • Camp dates: July 16-24, 2024

If you have a child of qualifying age, we invite you to apply! And hurry: the deadline to apply is January 31, 2024!
