EAA Air Academy 2025

Our chapter has an opportunity to send 2 children to the EAA Air Academy camps at Oshkosh in 2025. 

We have the Jim Oeffinger Fund that provides a scholarship for a girl, and the Joe Ermel Fund that provides a scholarship for a boy. Scholarships cover the full cost of the camp. We reserve the spots in advance because they fill up very quickly. All information about the camps is on the EAA website: EAA Air Academy summer camps

The chapter has secured two spots, one in each age group:

  • Explore Camp (ages 14-15):
    • Camp dates: June 20-25, 2025
  • Explore Camp (ages 16-18):
    • Camp dates: July 15-23, 2025

If you have a child of qualifying age, let us know. The application window will stay open  January 2 – February 13th 2025.
